  • As the Corporate HR Head at TBC Corporation, a $3B company and the nation's largest vertically integrated manufacturer/marketer of tires for the automotive replacement market with 15,000 associates and 3700 retail operations, worked a comprehensive change management business strategy for the 1200 store unit Midas Company acquisition, shared services, HR program upgrades, IT/POS systems staffing, and SAP HCM/Successfactors implementations.
